In order to get Skip permanently registered, we had to turn in his appendix papers along with this video showing Skip biting both the head and heels of cattle. The Hangin Tree Cowdog Association had three board members view Skip’s heading and heeling video. They had to agree that Skip was biting both ends before we could upgrade Skip’s registration status to “permanent”.

Requiring heading and heeling videos when registering a Hangin Tree Cowdog is one of the things that keep the Hangin Tree Cowdog breed the amazing working dogs they are!
