Dagley’s Reata, the 2020 HTC Futurity Champion, is a Supreme Qualified, Hangin Tree Cowdog out of Wilcox’s Slate and 4JB Pepsi. Whelped November 19th, 2018.

Supreme Qualified Hangin Tree Cowdogs are highly recommended for breeding by the Hangin Tree Cowdog Association, and there are less than 40 Supreme Hangin Tree Cowdogs living. So, if you are looking for a Supreme Qualified HTC for breeding, Dagley’s Reata will be five in November and should have a couple years left of her breeding career.

Or, if you are wanting a well trained Hangin Tree Cowdog for your ranch, Reata has a lot of ranch experience and knows all of David’s commands.

Reata can be strong willed and a little stubborn at times, but once she figures out what you are wanting, she’s amazing.

David has used Reata to dog break and gentle calves, and says she has the ability to dog break them gentle faster than most dogs he’s used.

She is strong on the head, and rarely likes to heel them. Although when loading trucks she’s developed a very strong heel bite.
