Hadassah was partly inspired by a camping trip she took with her family where they rode through the Badlands of North Dakota for three days on horseback. While they were there, they saw a wild horse band.
She was also inspired by watching a documentary video series with her papa about a horse named Cloud.

Hadassah Dagley lives on a ranch in South Dakota, where she enjoys helping her family take care of their cows, horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. Hadassah has her own horse, named Prairie Whisper, that she is helping her papa train. Hadassah also enjoys reading, drawing, painting, sewing, cooking, gardening, and acting.
