Ginger Water

• 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup raw honey
• 1 Tablespoon ground ginger powder (less if spicy isn’t desired)
• Drinking water

Place one cup honey and 1 cup water in small pan and stir over heat until honey is dissolved. Do not boil.

Put vinegar and ginger in gallon glass jar and fill half way with water. Add honey water mixture. Fill the rest of the way with water, screw on lid, and sit for at least on hour before consuming. Serve chilled or with ice.
